Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales of company connectors or wiring harness products, mainly including:

1. Develop new customers, including both new and existing ones, coordinate factory project teams, and promote the implementation of new projects and products on the client side;

2. Develop new products and project opportunities, and follow up on business processes such as customer orders, delivery, inventory, and payment collection;

3. Understand customer needs, coordinate factories and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of new projects and products and achieve customer satisfaction;

4. Maintain sales channels and customer relationships, regularly track customers, develop new products and project opportunities, provide after-sales service, etc.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, sales or related fields;

2. More than 2 years of sales experience in connectors or wiring harnesses in the automotive parts or electronics industry, with successful development of new products and project cases;

3. I have a strong interest in sales work, a spirit of challenge, and a sense of teamwork;

4. Familiar with sales processes and methods, with project management experience;

5. Priority will be given to those with backgrounds in automotive parts or electronics industry.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Product development;

2. Evaluation, development, design, experimentation, trial production, and mass production handover of new products;

3. Cost analysis of new product development, progress promotion, and verification of basic product information;

4. System BOM construction;

5. Establish initial product characteristics and process diagrams, and perform FMEA analysis;

6. Application and acceptance of mold and fixture development;

7. Product analysis, introduction and transformation of advanced technologies in the industry;

8. Product performance simulation analysis, tolerance design fit analysis;

9. Production of project APQP and PPAP related documents;

10. Assist in abnormal analysis of engineering and quality, and continuously improve;

11. The recognition of product components and the production of self-made recognition letters, as well as the production of customer recognition letters;

12. The proposal and implementation plan output of engineering change ECR and ECN.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, electrical engineering, materials science or other engineering majors;

2. Proficient in using drawing software such as CREO/CAD;

3. More than 3 years of product design experience, and more than 1 year of automotive RF connector design experience; Capable of independently completing product development work;

4. Basic product simulation capabilities, such as mechanics, HFSS signal integrity analysis, etc;

5. Basic electrical knowledge, mechanical drawing knowledge, familiarity with various processing techniques, mold structures, engineering material characteristics, and familiarity with international and industry standards for products.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, electrical engineering, materials science or other engineering majors;

2. Proficient in using drawing software such as CREO/CAD;

3. More than 3 years of experience in wire harness development, and more than 1 year of experience in wire harness development for automotive Fakra, HSD, USB, Ethernet, etc; Capable of independently developing wiring harnesses;

4. Basic electrical knowledge, mechanical drawing knowledge, familiarity with various processing techniques, mold structures, engineering material characteristics, and familiarity with international and industry standards for products.

1. Age 28-45 years old, college degree or above;

2. More than 3 years of work experience in system management in the automotive/automotive parts industry;

3. Having the qualifications of internal auditor and process auditor;

4. Familiar with knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 system standards, and the five major tools.;

5. Organizational awareness, innovation ability, internal coordination ability, external communication ability, graphic recognition ability, document management ability, and knowledge related to automotive wiring harness design;

1. Age: 25-40 years old, college degree or above, major in science and engineering;

2. More than 2 years of work experience in the automotive wiring harness industry;

3. Proficient in operating computer office software, able to use drawing software, familiar with general English, able to effectively streamline and optimize production processes, familiar with manufacturing production processes and general production techniques;

5. Organizational awareness, innovation ability, internal coordination ability, external communication ability, graphic recognition ability, document management ability, understanding of relevant knowledge of automotive wiring harness design, and understanding of the use of the 5 major tools in the IATF16949 system
